Dr Justin Hong is a Consultant at H & H Consulting, specialising in supporting businesses, investors, and professional service firms entering and operating in the Australian market. Before entering the legal and consulting sectors, Dr Hong was Principal Research Engineer at a Korean life sciences company, where he led multiple nationally funded research projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the full cycle from grant acquisition to successful project delivery. His work involved extensive collaboration with academic, industry, and government stakeholders, sharpening his ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives. He holds a PhD from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in cell mechanics and microfluidics, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in biomedical engineering from Ajou University. His background in advanced research, executive leadership experience in both countries, and deep understanding of Australian local culture enables him to deliver innovative, tailored solutions for clients expanding into Australia.
